DETAILS

Larp Inn's LARP claws are designed to meet the safety standards of Lorien Trust. They are molded from soft, but sturdy foam and extend 3" past the finger tip. Each claw is coreless, and the thumb is left without a claw for easier movement. The claws are designed so that you cannot make a fist whilst wearing the gloves to avoid injuries to you and others. The fabric of the gloves is made from a durable material, then covered with a fur over layer.

In most cases, we don't affix the fur to the outside of the glove (though some furs require it). The design ensures the fur is tight around claws without glue. The bottom of the fur cover is generally left open.

MAINTENANCE

All latex-coated weapons need a certain degree of maintenance. For this we recommend using maintenance silicone, which can be purchased separately in the 'Weapon Maintenance & Repair' section.

'Larp Inn Weapon Lube - Silicone Spray' is an easy, spray-on application, 100% pure and acid-free making it safe to apply. We recommend using silicone on a regular basis. It maintains the latex-coat’s flexibility and prevents it from drying out, keeping the product wear and tear resistant.

When storing your claws, use a simple sheet or towel lining to prevent it from touching a plastic or rubber surface and prevent your weapons from adhering to other products. Keep your weapons in a cool, dry environment.
