Yes, provided we are at the event! If you are unsure whether we will be at a selected LARP event, don’t hesitate to drop us an email. More importantly, please check the items are, or will be, in stock with plenty of time before the event. We often arrive on site several days before players and you need to have placed your order of stocked items before then.
Yes, many the items we stock on the website are developed from requests. We regularly produce batches of custom items for large groups, such as; vambraces, greaves, shields and tabards. If you have a special leatherwork, embroidery, weapon or shield project in mind please contact us with a detailed outline of your request. We will consider whether we can realistically produce the item with the skills and tools we have available and get back to you. Please leave plenty of time for both the enquiry and possible crafting process.
Is everything in stock? Yes, any orders before 2pm are dispatched the same working day and will arrive based on your shipping method. Usually, standard shipping takes 3-5 days; standard Parcelforce shipping is 2-3 days; and, priority tracked shipping takes 1-2 days. International shipping is subject to more variation, but we can help clarify if you get in contact. If you purchased products that were not in stock, they usually have a predicted timescale listed in their description. Occasionally our suppliers are waiting for items to be manufactured. Under these circumstances, we endeavour to let you know the waiting time. If you are still unsure, get in contact.
Our priority is getting your items to you as fast as possible. For this reason, we frequently part-dispatch orders for customers who have been waiting for products in manufacture. We are happy to part dispatch other orders too, but you will need to contact us to request this option. Depending on the value and waiting time of your order we may ask you to pay additional shipping; however, we will always contact you before sending the package if this is the case.
LARP swords do not fall apart easily. If your weapon is damaged on arrival, we will be happy to exchange it. From that point you have 14 days to judge the suitability of your weapon, this includes whether it is safe to use and suitable for your selected LARP system. After this point, it’s your duty to upkeep the safety of the weapon. Here are some guidelines on how to minimise the general wear and tear on weapons.
Sometimes, yes. It really depends on what the discount is for. Our general policy is that the best price is on the ticket and we work hard to keep our prices low. However, we do offer discount packages for clubs and societies who are likely to order stock in large quantities. Otherwise, discounts can be found on our social media pages and are occasionally given to individuals placing big orders. Get in contact if you think you might be eligible.
